. . . Want to hear a secret?
There's a new look
coming to the WMR website in the near future. You can get a sneak peek by
going to wmr-new.pca.org. Eventually it will
have all the same content that you see today, but in a different format. It
will also have the same web address. And it's mobile device friendly! Check
it out, and send any comments to your
But shhhh . . . don't tell anyone!
It was truly a night
to remember. The weather was gorgeous (55 degrees - mid-February!!), the
location fabulous, the food excellent, and the crowd was in fine fashion.
All this accompanied by live piano music. Click

Racing is a (Baum) Family Affair
PCA's Club Racing
newsletter recently featured Dave Baum and his run in the Cayman GT4
Clubsport series. It was a great article, and featured a photo with his
family, including his parents. You can (and should) read the entire article
We have the same party this year in a different location. Craig and Chris
Ackerman and Ted and Gabi Blacklidge will co-host a Stroganoff Cook-Off
Competition this year. A chef who brings a slow-cooker with at least two
quarts of stroganoff enters at no cost and will vie for Judge's Choice and
People's Choice prizes. If you do not cook, please plan on a $10 cover fee
(collected at the event) to contribute to the feast. Judges will be selected
from non-cooking participants. This is a BYOB event. A reservation is
required by April 20, letting us know how many and whether you are a chef or
not. Please RSVP to Craig Ackerman via
or by calling 616.866.1905. April is a great month to dust off your cars for
a road trip and your palates for a taste test!
Exhibition - The Golden Age of Sports Cars
The Janice Joplin car has moved on, but a beautiful 1954 Speedster has
replaced it. The exhibit runs from now through the end of April, 2017. If you haven't
made plans yet to see this exhibition at the Gilmore Car Museum, you should!
It is well worth your time. There is even a
group celebrating this wonderful display
